WS_FTP Setup
If you do not have WS_FTP LE, you can download it from tucows.com.
Once you have downloaded and installed WS_FTP LE, open the program. You should see a window automatically open when you execute WS_FTP LE. Below is the screen that should appear. Please fill out your window (which may have many blank fields) with the information below.
When you first run this program a screen will pop up. In the profile name put whatever you want. Just make it something easy to remember. In the hostname/Address files you may do a few things. You can put in your ip address or the main ip address of ther server (216.10.1.50). You may also use ftp.yourdomain.com. For Host Type leave as Automnatic detect (this should be preselected for you.)
Next in the User ID field put in your login name which was sent to you in the account set up email. In the password field put in your password. You may want to select save pwd so you won't have to type in your password everytime. You may leave account and comment fields blank.
