Complete Interactive provides 99% uptime on all of our servers. Services that are part of the hosting package include DNS services, WebHostingManager, Load Balancing, and now Offshore hosting.

Complete Interactive has servers in the USA, Canada, and the West Indies. With these 3 locations we are guaranteed that our system will not go down. All 3 of our locations are on different bandwidth legs. Basically, our servers get fed bandwidth from different providers. What this means to you is that even if one provider goes down we will still have redundant balancing going into the servers.

Complete Interactive understands the need for power, salability, and data control. If you have data that must be LIVE consistently, please contact us. If you have data that requires hosting outside of the US, please contact us.
